We share your information only with trusted providers who help us run the hotel, such as our booking system, payment processor, email provider and website host. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also share information where required by law.

Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months unless they lead to a booking. Booking and financial records are kept for six years to meet our legal and tax obligations. After that, your information is securely deleted.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on our home page is provided by OpenStreetMap, which will see your IP address when the map loads. Links to our Instagram and Facebook pages take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
